Best Western Town Center Inn

I stay with BW Towne Center every time I work in the area and never had a bad experience. I believe her name is Christina, I may have misspelled it but she is always wonderful and I look forward to seeing her each and every time I stay.

At first glance my room looked great but later I dropped my phone charger behind the nightstand and saw trash. It was then that I looked at the room more closely. There was candy on the floor between the nightstand and the bed, there was a taco bell wrapper behind the nightstand and several small "Happy meal" type toys. Next to the other bed there was more visible dirt on the floor and just behind the headboard there was two dead roaches. The door to the cabinet that housed the refrigerator seemed to be a little hard to open and close. I notified the front desk of the things I had found and they immediately sent someone to reclean the room. Upon returning I noticed most of everything had been cleaned but the kids toys and dead roaches were missed. I stayed for three days and by the end of the third day the bottom hinge of the refrigerator cabinet completely came off. I let the front desk know and was offered a different room but I was planning on leaving the next morning so I didn't take it. The breakfast buffet was great, it was different every morning and there was also fresh fruit and boiled eggs so that was nice. Overall, I had a good stay, the staff was pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant.

Easy parking, located around places with food, not too busy, and clean

I’ve stayed at a lot of Best Westerns this was absolutely the best one so far. Happy smiles. Helpful. Patient. Breakfast was best ever all 5 days and clean. The employees tho make it the best. Even the man that picks up after the people in the parking lot that shouldn’t have to but cleans their laziness I watched him while standing outside smiled at patrons wishing them a good day. So impressed. I loved my stay.
